We offer a wide range Doctoral level of Physical Therapy Consulting and Education services to help you as you or a loved one Age in Place., Recover from Injury, receive or provide Dementia Care, or if you may require assistance for home adaptations needed for Neurological or Progressive Conditions. We come to you in person or provide online & virtual sessions!

We are a Mobile Concierge Doctor of Physical Therapy Service specializing in Customized In Home or Virtual Education & Consulting Services. We take over where Medicare and Insurance companies may no longer be able to provide services. We are a private pay service with customized In-Home Safety, Mobility & Home Modification consulting tailored to each person's unique needs. We also provide customized education for safe transfer technigues, equipment use, positioning & ergonomics for clients, family members & caregivers. In addition, with USCG Master Captain's licenses as well as Doctor of Physical Therapy licenses, we assist in creating safe access to clients marine environments as well! We focus on safe access on & off client's boats and to their docks as well! We soon will even offer Adaptive Boating Charters! (stay tuned!)
